“If this is as good as it gets” challenge: If this is as good as it gets, how can you add…. (Insert noun here) ?  Take responsibility for how you want to live your life.  Perhaps you are overwhelmed?  How can you add more peace? Joy? Calm? Happyness? Fun?…. Etc.
